1 John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
*If we are born of God, we can overcome the world (temptations, trials, tribulations, etc.) because we have received the Spirit of God, and we know that this power in us is greater than anything that would hinder us! Because God loves us, he guides us as a father guides his children, and does all he can to protect them. If we will trust in his love, obey his word and walk in the spirit, we can have peace, knowing that our life is in his hands.
Nothing has the power to separate us from the love of God > "...shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.”
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
