Repentance is – asking God to forgive us of our sins, and sincerely making an effort to change the way we live.
Conversion is - an absolute change from one nature to another / a spiritual turning to righteousness and faith > to be ‘reborn’.

Matt 18:3...Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
